Brand
The brand comes from the idea of whisky maturation in barrels. How over time the whisky gets more flavour, stronger and as it ages takes in more unique characteristics from the wooden barrel. The logo is the idea of the user being inside a metaphorical barrel, and themselves as the whisky, as they spend more time in the barrel (on the app) they gain more knowledge of whisky and take in information given to them via the barrel (app). The colours chosen represent the typical colour of whisky, but darkening the secondary colours gives the overall theme a resemblance of the warehouses the barrels of whisky are stored when they are set to be aged.
